أَمْ تَأْمُرُهُمْ أَحْلَامُهُم بِهَـٰذَا ۚ أَمْ هُمْ قَوْمٌ طَاغُونَ

Transliteration
-
əм тə`муруhум əhлəəмуhумм-биhəəз̃əə, əм hум ќōумун тōōґуун
-
Или повелевают им умы их это, или они — люди бесчинствующие?
-
Bunu (bu sözləri) onlara ağılları əmr edir, yoxsa onlar (haqqa təslim olmayan) azğın bir dəstədirlər?
-
Is it their intellect which prompts them to [say] this, or are they a rebellious lot?
